Just by the new agent’s looks, it’s perceivable that the new addition to the game is going to be a game-changer. Without further ado, let’s jump onto the characteristics of Yoru-
Valorant New Agent YORU
An innate of Japan, Yoru is a mind-boggling duelist with the specialization of teleporting to enemy land without getting detected. He is made to be a great combination of “strength and stealth.”
“Japanese native, Yoru, rips holes straight through reality to infiltrate enemy lines unseen. Using deception and aggression in equal measure, he gets the drop on each target before they know where to look.” describes the Valorant site.
Abilities of Yoru
Gatecrash
This E-Ability lets you harness a rift tether. You press Fire to send the tether out moving in a straight line, and you can use Alt-Fire to place the tether in a stationary location of your choosing. When you finish placing it, you activate this ability again to teleport to the location of the tether. You definitely need to have three individual qualities to be able to use this ability effectively. They are- map awareness, timing, and foresight. Implementing this now you see me, and now you don’t strategy is really effective in post-plant situations.

Blindside
This is Yoru’s Q-Ability that allows you to Equip an unstable dimensional fragment from Reality. You can press fire to throw this fragment, and it’ll activate its flash once it makes contact with another hard surface in the world. You can angle this flash off a wall or the ground and completely catch the enemy player off guard. Isn’t it amazing!

Fakeout
Yoru’s C-Ability is Fakeout that can really mess up your enemy’s heads once you learn how to use this thoroughly. Yoru’s Fakeout allows for him to equip an echo that mimics footsteps when activated. Press Fire to activate and send this echo forward in a straight line, and you can also press Alt-Fire to place the echo in a stationary location and reactivate it later to send it forward. You can intentionally mess with your enemies’ heads by tricking them into hearing them something that’s not actually there. Create a mirage and let them fall for it.

Dimensional drift
Yoru’s ultimate is one of a kind and a lot to break down. Dimensional drift equips a mask that can be used to see between dimensions. You press fire to activate it, and it enters you into Yoru’s dimension. While active, you are invisible and invulnerable to the enemy team. This ultimate is what really turns Yoru into a multiverse, manipulating blue-haired anime protagonist. Also, note that Yuro will not use any gun or other abilities while he’s inside his ultimate. So remember, you’ve always got a backup in-case you fell into a trap.
We’d be delighted to hear your experiences about your first shot at the new agent, Yuro, in the comments section. Make sure you use your power and knack proficiently.
