Destiny 2 DLC list

I. Curse of Osiris

The initial release date of this downloadable content was the 5th of December 2017. Most importantly, this is the first-ever DLC content that was made available by Bungie. Further, the main focus was on the character Osiris, and for this, only the PVP was introduced.

In general, the players were taken to the Mercury planet and had to perform various missions. The players have to complete the mission through the infinite forest. However, the EXP- level cap and Power level cap were increased. Osiris, but two more characters can be found in the Trial Of Osiris. The first character is Sagira, the ghost, while the other character is named Brother Vance, the non-player character.

II. Warmind

This expansion was introduced on 8th May 2018. Further, the focus was on the Warmind Rasputin, who is the character from the main game. However, this expansion had taken the players to the planet Mars. Basically, Hella Basin is the area on the planet Mars where the whole concept of this expansion was based.

Here, a new model was introduced to the players, which is named Escalation Protocol. Further, this mode could have been accessible by any player when they are in patrol mode. The main fight of the players was with Hive enemies, which are seven in total. However, here the final fight is with the boss who belongs to the five unique bosses. Furthermore, a maximum of three players can fight in this mission together. However, the others can also play, but they have to be in a patrol area.

III. Forsaken

It was released on 4th September 2018. The same year was the inception of the destiny 2 game. As per Bungie, this expansion had a theme of western revenge. Further, the Reef tangled shore is the place where the maximum expansion was based on. Also, a new raid was included, which was named Last Wish, and this raid happens in the end game area. The end game area was the dreaming city which was located in Reef.

Moreover, a new weapon was added named bow and arrow. Also, the power level cap was raised to 600.

IV. Shadowkeep

Here comes the fourth expansion, which was released on 1st October 2019. Further, unlike the above three, this one was set on the Moon. Also, it features the return of Eris Morn, and this expansion was similar to that of Forsaken. This expansion had introduced some new gear, locations, and enemies to the players. One can also observe the inception of cross-save support between platforms. There was also a release of free play destiny 2 versions in this expansion.

V. Beyond light

Initially, Bungie announced the fifth expansion on the 9th of June 2020. However, this expansion was delayed to November 10, 2020, due to the pandemic situation. Further, this expansion had a theme of Europa, which is a moon on a Jupiter planet. Also, it features the Exo stranger return. This is the first time the players experienced the dark element in the game known as Stasis.
