- Open Xbox companion
- Click on settings
- Click on the 5th option, i.e., Network.
- Here, you will be able to check whether you are connected to the servers or not.
The second step to fix this issue is IPv6
- Go to the Control panel
- Click on Network
- then click on Internet or Ethernet, as the case may be
- after clicking on the internet, a box appears
