Players started complaining that the game gets frozen when they launch a strike. Some places like Jetsam of Saturn, moon, Gulch, European Danger Stone, and even when people try to roam around tangled shores.
They find crashes while entering the new battlefield. Though the crashes rectified automatically, after some time, this problem remained the same. Players couldn’t play games for a long time. Some players couldn’t even get the update. Streamers couldn’t launch the Destiny 2 game itself.

Response to the Crash
In response to the Crashes, Bungie has tweeted that they are investigating the current crashes, and soon it will be rectified. They have noted those issues and working on them.
“We’re currently investigating players crashing when trying to launch Destiny 2 or into Destiny 2 activities. We’ll provide more information once it becomes available,”- tweeted Bungie.
