The new path update removes alot of bugs like, for VR users, the camera has become smoother and The Ouija board glitch. About the Game

Phasmophobia is a Horror survival game in which four players can team up and become paranormal detectives. Kinetic Games Published the game on September 18, 2020.

Phasmophobia Gameplay

This is a team game, so you have to be paired with your team. Find evidence while detecting the whole area and finding the solution to the problem. The game is surrounded by four characters, which you guys will be controlling. You guys are signing a contract to deal with ghosts and expel them from the area. The game features 12 different ghosts, and all other ghosts have a different style of completing the mission.

Latest Patch Notes and Updates

Below are the latest Phasmophobia Patch Notes and updates :

• Bug Fixes 

1. Now you can move your VR smooth camera outside of the map when you are dead.
2.  The glitch where Ouija Board wasn’t working, now it is fixed.
3.  The main menu game crash has been fixed.
4. Now save files won’t be corrupted by the latest update.
5. Sometimes Glowstick wasn’t working; that has been fixed.
6. The server connection bug has been fixed. The bug started after the halloween update. 

• New changes

1. The equipment respawning time has been increased.
2. Changed the way the server gets recreated when loading back into the main menu. This should fix a lot of bugs and disconnects. The host will now also remain the same.
3.  A bug has been fixed where VR users weren’t able to teleport back from the dead room.
4. There was a bug where the ghost was able to see you through the Ridgeview door, that has been fixed.
5. Removed the voice sensitivity setting as it was breaking non push to talk.

• New Content

1. A new Prison level has been added; you can see this level in the contract for the next few updates. The developers are experimenting on the graphical glitches, as new lights have been added to the baked light (Moon and truck lights).

How to play Prison Map in Phasmophobia

There are a few things to keep in mind if you want to play the Prison map in Phasmophobia:

1. This new level is in the Beta version, so you won’t get the map in the current version of the game. For this, you have to download the Beta version – It’s super easy!
2. Go to the Steam client ann right click on the game. Then go to the ‘properties,’ Select the ‘Beta’ tab and click on ‘Unstable Build’.
3. Steam will automatically download the Beta version.
4. Then boot up the game, and Voila! You have your new Prison map of the game.
