Recently Amazon said that it would be giving a one-time bonus to all the employees for the holidays. The full-time workers will be given $300, and the part-time workers will be given $150. Amazon stated that they would be sending almost $500 million on this one time bonus. The company has spent a huge amount since the pandemic. These include wage increases, health insurance, safety gear, enhanced cleaning measures, paid leaves and bonuses, etc.
