The icon series
Continuing its fashion of extremely innovative updates to keep their players hooked. Fortnite released their innovation in the form of the Fortnite icon series.
This series sees the collaboration of Fortnite with celebrities from various spheres such as film, music, etc. The first celebrity to be collaborated with was the marshmallow, followed by major Lazer.
The latest update brings the ninja, and two more skins, namely the Grefg and loser fruit, are expected to come very soon.
The hype around the Gerfg skin has been the highest. Those who don’t know Gerfg is a popular game streamer on various platforms.
The stream he did, announcing the Grefg icon pack, got a simultaneous viewing of over 2.4 million, a world record.

Though the Greg skin has been in talks and hypes for quite a long, it has finally come to the game for true.
The Grefg skin is being called reactive. This is because the skin will change color under certain conditions. There are also a bunch of goodies included in the icon packs.
It was announced that TheGrefg cosmetics include:
- Colour changing TheGrefg skin.
- The staff of control pickaxe
- Balls of power back bling
- The controller crew emotes.

There are three ways to get the icon pack:
- The complete set will soon be put on sale, and the players can buy them for around 2000 to 3000 V points.
- Participate and win in the “floor is lava” tournament.
- Participate in “The Grefg Official Deathrun.” The top 100 players in the speedrun will win the skin. Also, The fastest individual will win a life-size version of the pickaxe from Fortnite.
