Destiny 2’s Necromantic Strand is a new item you will need to find in Shadowkeep’s main quest. Getting the Destiny 2 Necromantic Strand can be a Tricky step in the quest “Essence of Brutality” because it requires finding the hall of wisdom. But the first question that comes to our mind is how to find the Necromantic Strand.

Necromantic Strand Location
To find the Necromantic Strand, first move towards the Archer’s Line from the Sanctuary spawn point. Once you arrive at this location, first move to the right side and drive along the cliff. You will find an entrance to the Hall of Wisdom guarded by a few Hive. Move inside the temple and start descending until you reach a large, open room filled with enemies. There you will see the Necromantic Strand near the middle of the room next to some cover.
You’ll need to complete a few more steps to Complete the Essence of Brutality so that it can be converted to a weapon. With similar quests like this, this will primarily involve completing the activities and using the same type of weapon. In the end, you’ll be rewarded with a hand cannon.

When the Essence of Brutality is fully cleansed, take it back to the Lectern near Eris Morn to unlock the weapon. Once you’ve done that, you can repurchase the Essence of Brutality from the Lectern.
