These messages are only stored on the company’s server till the messages are delivered. After that, they are deleted. If the message not being delivered immediately, it can save the message for 30 days. After that, they are deleted.
Signal Privacy Policy
Unlike WhatsApp, Signal does not have any access to messages sent as the signal is more inclined towards privacy security. Signal also has a system of end-to-end encrypted messages. Similar to that of Whatsapp Signal IP Address and unique identifiers assigned to your device. It also collects some information about your online behavior. Personally, I feel that there is not much difference between the privacy policy of both applications. Both offer almost a similar type of privacy policy. But Signal’s privacy is way safer as it is more privacy-oriented. And offers more safety and privacy to its users.
