There’s a lack of horror games in the world. What we all can see are just games related to army operations or just games related to fights. It’s a psychological horror game developed by KINETIC GAMES. Released on the 18th of September, 2020, it’s for PC with crossplay VR support. And the biggest surprise is that it’s a multiplayer game. One of the most dangerous ghost in it is Wraith Phasmophobia.
Who is Wraith in Phasmophobia
Wraith is one of the most dangerous ghosts you will ever find in phasmophobia. The ghost can fly and has been seen sometimes to travel through walls. So, there are approximately twelve types of ghosts in phasmophobia, and the wraith is one of them. The main reason why wraith is popular is because of it’s flying ability. The most exciting thing is that they don’t produce footsteps while moving. Wraiths can see through doors, closets, as well as lockers while hunting players.

How to tackle Wraith in phasmophobia
Wraiths have a lot of strengths as well as weaknesses. Some of them are:
- Strengths: They don’t need to touch the ground as they can fly. There’s no noise of their footsteps, and they can easily travel through locked doors, walls.
- Weaknesses: The main weakness of wraiths is salt. When they come in contact with salt, they are not able to attack. So, if you save yourself from the wraith, then keep some salt with you.
Wraiths have an extraordinary power to teleport themselves to a spot within three meters of any random player. Amazing, isn’t it! Wraiths can easily pass through walls but wait, they cannot see through them, so that’s one of their weakness.

- If salt is placed on the way to the door, the wraith will fly over the salt leaving a handprint on the door that can be seen with a UV light.
- It’s not always true as sometimes the wraith will enter it’s hunting phase and never stop. One interesting point, the salt stops the wraith from attacking, but it also permanently increases its ghostly activity.
Well, it’s pretty evident that this game is scary as hell. So, get yourself a brave friend and play with him or else you might get a heart attack.
