Bugsnax DLC, a new game for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox, will be released on April 28th

Young Horses has announced that Bugsnax, a charming game about catching food-themed bugs, will be released on April 28th for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC via Windows 10 and Steam. The Isle of Bigsnax, a new free downloadable content (DLC) update for all of the above platforms, as well as PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and the Epic Games Store, will be released on the same day.

The Isle of Bigsnax, a free DLC for Bugsnax, was first announced at a PlayStation State of Play event late last year. The main campaign of the DLC will include roughly three to four hours of new content, with voice actors Yuri Lowenthal, Casey Mongillo, Debra Wilson, and Haviland Stillwell reprising their roles. In addition to the release date coinciding with Bugsnax’s arrival on additional platforms, developer Young Horses announced today that the main campaign of the DLC will include roughly three to four hours of new content, with voice actors Yuri Lowenthal, Casey Mongillo In addition to additional mail tasks, headwear, and a cottage to decorate, the DLC provides new content to the main game. And, maybe most significantly for a certain number of people, the Isle of Bigsnax update will introduce new trophies and achievements to Bugsnax.

Players on the Isle of Bigsnax investigate fresh secrets and larger critters on a separate island, as the name implies. Several “grumpuses” travel to the new island, and players will have to assist characters like Tiffany, Floofty, Chandler, and Shelda in figuring out what’s going on.

Bugsnax will be released on April 28th for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC via Windows 10 and Steam. The Isle of Bigsnax, a free DLC update, will be available on the same day for all platforms. Bugsnax is now available on the Epic Games Store for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
