This fire accident took place in the factory part, which was under construction, stated Aisha Knowles, the spokesperson at the Fireteam department of Tesla’s Fremont factory. The fire was brought under control with the help of Fremont firefighters and the Tesla fire response team. There were no injuries to any workers at the factory. Tesla has posted about this accident in their Twitter profile.

    Cause of Fire

    The fire accident was caused by hydraulic fluid, which came in contact with molten aluminum. Because of this, the stamping machine in the factory got fire. The fire was at the part of the Fremont factory, which is under construction. This is the same factory area where the fire broke out in the years 2019 and 2018.
