Roserade
Clocking in with a base stat total of 505, Roselia’s sharp thorns explain why it is one of the best Spikes users in its league. It also has access to three different abilities: namely Technician, Natural Cure, and Poison Point.
Roserade can also take out strong Water-types with Leaf Storm (taking advantage of STAB) while covering other threats with its wide movepool. This rose definitely has its thorns, so watch out!
