This tool acts as a helping hand to the players staging the initial stages of the shooting game. The basic purpose of this tool is to recapitulate the Main Menu, briefly Replay. Though the CS: GO demo can be replayed, it cannot be thought of like a video rather a Steam DEM File.
The players have the option to record such demos and then replay them when required. The player must know that the demo can be recorded in an active match but cannot be replayed in an active match.
