Who is XUR?

If you are new to the game, then you probably do not yet know. XUR is an NPC character in the game. Considered as one of the agents of the Nine. The Nine are ancient beings, probably the oldest in Destiny, who lives somewhere between Mars and Jupiter’s asteroid belt. On a place called “The Reef.” The Nine are all power magical beings and have been consistently attempting to make contact with the Guardians. This is where XUR comes in. XUR appears in random locations all over the map. He brings various exotic items or item shards that can range from mythical to basic, and people can purchase them in exchange for Strange Coins or Motes of Light. Buying weapons and armor from XUR is the best way to get your hands on the rarest and strongest inventory in the world of Destiny.

Last week XUR was in The Tower. You could find him standing behind Dead Orbit in the Tower Hanger up to 29th December 2020.
