- For console players
- First of all completely close the game and come back to home screen

- For pc players
- First of all close the game
- Open task manager by pressing (ctrl+alt+del) and close all the apps and processes that aren’t necessary.
- Restart your computer by disconnecting the power cable for at least 1 minute after shutting the computer down.
- Log out and log in again to your EA account.
- Repeat the process 2 3 times until the error is solved.
