GTA 6
Rockstar Games are prominent developer and publisher who got their name and fame after their world-famous release of GTA series. GTA or Grand Theft Auto is an action-adventure video game series whose first release, dates back to 21 October 1997. GTA 5 is the fifth and the latest edition of this series which was released on 17th September 2013. It got super hit ever since its release and many fans and players all over the world are eagerly awaiting the GTA 6. The wait for this edition of shooter game series began long back.
All About GTA 6 Release in PS5 and Xbox series
Until now, there are no official announcements, posts or word regarding the existence of GTA 6. Even though it is safe to consider that there will be an edition after GTA 5 but, unfortunately, it will not be before 2022. The developers gave a confirm news in 2020 that there will be new content coming and it will be accessible in PS5 and Xbox series.
The official word was there will be a launch of the next-gen version of GTA 5 on the second half of 2021. But, no one expected it to be a free-to-play standalone version of GTA Online and remastered GTA 5. Since the work for the same began in April 2020 many kept their fingers-crossed for GTA 6.
Release dates, Rumours and Leaks
- With the release of unexpected new contents and features, the release of GTA 6 in next-gen consoles will surely not be before 2022. Sigh! Have to wait longer…
- The word has it. According to the rumours, the next GTA title was under development in 2012, but Red Dead Redemption 2 took the dais. For now, GTA 6 is the primary focus for their next project along with Bully 2 on the side.
- It will feature Vice city and Rio de Janeiro as their prime locations and its codename is “PROJECT AMERICAS”. There will be better and realistic background scenes along with advanced gameplay features.
- The leaks from reliable sources indicate that there will be 4 main characters with policemen and gang members, 2 each. The game location is set in modern-day Liberty City, and the plot will further lead to the upstate in New York.
- The crazy, unique and thrilling plot is the highlighting feature of GTA 6. The double amount of dialogues, when compared to GTA 5, is driving fans mad!
