Where to find Mournful Cry

We can purchase this weapon from Reda’s Shop. There is a visiting merchant, who has set up a stall outside. The best way to find the Mournful Cry is to simply track the quest “The Thousand Eyes” and then follow the marker to find the merchant. The player should speak to the merchant, and there he will meet the leader of The Thousand Eyes, Reda. After some conversation between the player and the merchant, the player will be able to check the items that he can purchase.
