Seasonal events we only get one cipher per season. player have to participate in seasonal events in order to receive that cipher. players can also get cipher from Xur. but cipher received from Xur is a reward to player. player have to win & achieve Xur every week to receive cipher as reward. player can get more than one cipher but they have to participate in seasonal events and get Xur every week to receive the cipher.
But the player will only able to hold one cipher. with that one cipher player will able to purchase one missing weapon from previous exotic collection.
Ways To Use Exotic Cipher:
Exotic cipher was infrequent currency. after receiving cipher player can use one cipher only once.
Cipher can be used at Xur And dark light for rewards. there player can exchange cipher to receive exotic items from previous collections.
What were The Previous Exotic Collections?
The previous exotic collections will be available by using cipher were Erian’s Vow, Devil’s Ruin, Bastion, Symmetry, Leviathan’s Breath were the previous exotic items available using cipher. but player will achieve one exotic item using one cipher. player will have to choose perfect exotic item using cipher. the different types of exotic items are
- Eriana’s Vow: helpful during Night falls, an interaction with Champions, PvP
- Devil’s Ruin: helpful during interaction with Champions, joy and strong
- Bastion: PvP
- Symmetry: helpful for patrol & strikes
- Leviathan’s Breath: nothing helpful, presently it’s a week exotic item in game
Some players were interested in getting more than once cipher. they can get more than one cipher by participating again and again in seasons and achieving many weekend Xuv rewards. if players have collected their previous collection of all exotic weapons using cipher. if players having cipher after collection of previous missed exotic weapons. using that cipher players can unlock new legendary weapons with they have more cipher.
But we won’t recommend every player to achieve more than one cipher. it depends on players mindset and their interest.
