You, the player, will take the form of the hunter who is tasked to hunt down (obviously) and either finish off or catch monsters that roam in one of several environmental areas. If you win, you are rewarded through loot consisting of parts from the monster and other components used to craft weapons and armour, amongst other stuff.

In short, the plot of the game is hunting down of more and more difficult monster as each level progress by crafting appropriate gear through the core loop. Each hunt provides parts that lead to more powerful gear.

Inner Workings of  Monster Hunter: World

At first, it might appear a little difficult to get into the fighting, crafting and food system; but you will soon find yourself getting used to it. Monster Hunter: World has a pretty easy entrance in comparison. You can hunt solo or in a group of up to four players via the game’s online multiplayer.

Throughout the game, you are kept thoroughly, learning new weapons and working on improving your skills. There is always room for improvement in this game or new tricks to left to learn. There’s a lot to come as you progress along because the game is much deeper than you think.

 We recommend you give it a solid grind for 200 hours at least. The game is solo-friendly; the player base is still active and non-toxic according to Reddit.

After you finish the main plot you’ll have seen almost all the monsters in the game ( free DLC ones come soon), You get the option to fight superpowered or “Tempered” versions for power drops that make your gear strong. This means you’re going to be fighting somewhere between 5 (the highest tier) to 15 (top 2 tiers) of the same monsters repeatedly.

Why We Think Monster Hunter: World is Worth buying

 With a rather good progression system, players have enjoyed the game, despite few getting low rank; players on both high and low ranks feel satisfied. Some reviews say that the variety is less, the game creates a slow first impression and the tutorials are a pain to get through.
