Android App Crashing and Reason Behind It
Many Samsung users have reported android crashes. However, the company ensures to fix the issue as soon as possible. Further, the company had also concluded these crashes. They said that the issue was due to the Android System WebView. It is used to display web content, and also it is a system component.
Moreover, the issue was reported on the 22nd of March, i.e., on Monday afternoon. Also, the issue lasts for many hours. As a temporary solution, the company asked the users to use the desktop interface until the issue was fixed.
In light of the fact, Google said, “We are aware of an issue with WebView causing some apps on Android to crash for some users.” They further added, “We are currently working to validate the scope fully, and a fix is in progress.”
In this panic situation, some people recommend removing the latest update of WebView could have fixed the issue. Surprisingly, Samsung Support US made a tweet that stated that users might do so.
