Fortnite’s Hype cup is back and this time it is bringing some amazing challenges and rewards for the players. Hype cup has been an evet that fortnite players long await. This cup has been a part of the game since beginning and each time it attracts a lot of players to the events. Which is why it becomes a whole lot more amazing. So what The Hype Cup exactly is?
Fortnite Hype Cup
Hype cup is an event organized by Fortnite each season. Players basically have to collect the hype points as much as they can. The players with the most Hype will be shown on the leader board. the more you earn in the hype cup the more you will move ahead in the Arena Divisions and different leagues. Every league will up your chances in participating events That will have rewards and cups. These events will also have a cash prize for the players. The Cup started on the 11th of January. The players above the age of 13 are eligible to participate in the same. Rewards for this cup’s events are still not declared. The scoring system for this Cup will be as follows.
Hype Cup Scoring System
The scoring of points for the Hype Cup will be almost similar to the Cash cup. Collecting points is important for the cups and Each elimination will give you an extra point. But keep in mind that placement is also equally important in the game. The placement will also get you extra points.
- The top place, No 1 will gat 25 points and also an Epic Victory.
- No 2, gets 20 points.
- For no 3 its 18 points
- No 4 will get 16 points
- No 5 gets 14 poins
- Place 6 will be awarded 12 points
- 11 points for No 7
- No 8 will get 10 points
- No 9 will get 9 points
- For No 10 it will be 8 points
- No 11 will get 7 points
- NO 12 will get 6 points
- For No 13 it will be 5 points
- For No 14 it will be 4 points
- No 15 will get 3 points
- No 16 with 2 points
- And lastly No 17 with 1 point
So this is how the placement points will be distributed players need to keep an keen eye on their rank and then plan their events accordingly. And try their best to obtain a higher placement.
