After its initial launch last year on PlayStation boxes, Nioh 2 is just around the corner for us PC folks. The original Nioh was a lot of fun, but it was pretty undercooked with the PC’s features and options. They have released a bright new trailer showing what Nioh 2 will bring to PC- The Full Version.

Most of these PC features have already been highlighted by Koei Tecmo before. The trailer offers a proper look at stuff like HDR support and widescreen monitor support.

Features

PC players should expect support for 4K resolution, ultra-widescreen, HDR. Further support for 144hz, customizable key bindings, and gamepads should also be expected.

Nioh 2 features a deep suite of character development that allows you to customize your own character completely, defining every aspect of your appearance. Right down to how curly your fringe is, from height, construction, and gender.

The deaths of other players left behind the ‘Bloody Grave‘ of a Revenant in Nioh. With all their armor and arms, these ominous red markers could be used to summon the dead spirit of that warrior into your world. You could gain things from their gear if you were able to beat the revenant. The tougher revenants will award better loot.

These Revenant Graves also surface in Nioh 2 but are replaced by Benign Graves. These blue markers will summon the spirits of other fallen warriors if you have Ochoko Cups. But not to do combat, but to support you on your journey.

Release Date

Nioh 2 – The Full Version launches on Steam on February 5th. The three DLCs which were released for Nioh 2 will be included.
