Ira Purnell, the voice of Fallout 3’s Arcane Stranger, is now part of Amazon’s collection

According to a variety, Ella Purnell has been cast in the main role of Amazon’s forthcoming “Fallout” TV series. The voice of Fallout 3’s Arcane Stranger is now part of Amazon’s collection

Sources have confirmed that Purnell will play an “upbeat and direct” character who has an “all-American enterprising spirit.” Her cast, which includes Walton Goggins (the show’s first announced star) as a ghoul or Eater, is in line with the previous casting of Walton Goggins as a ghoul or a man named Eater. I’m not aware of Purnell’s previous credits, but IMDB reveals a decade-long career in TV and film, including Jinx in The voice of the League of Legends animated series Arcane, which is the one that is most relevant to our interests.

In addition, Purnell has appeared in the well-received Showtime series Yellowjackets, which was recently renewed for a second season, as well as the animated Star Trek: Prodigy series on Nickelodeon and Zack Snyder’s 2021 zombie film Army of the Dead.

The Fallout TV series is expected to begin filming this year, but a release date has yet to be revealed.
