We have seen multiple examples of crossovers in video games. Sometimes, these Easter Eggs give players the wow moment. Recently, No Man’s Sky has announced one such Easter Egg which is really fascinating. And what’s more, this comes from the legendary game, Mass Effect. We delve deep and look into the new surprise.
Remember SSV Normandy?
Remember the legendary ship SSV Normandy SR1 from Mass Effect? Yes, the great ship that could do stealth challenges like charm. It is one of the best ships in the game. It was later used by Commander Shepard.
That same ship is coming to No Man’s Sky as an Easter Egg. And players will have a limited time to grab this opportunity. The deadline is 31st May. Players will need to compete in the Beachhead expedition to get a chance of receiving this prize. The whole thing was hidden for weeks, until players started to uncover the gift after completing the challenges.
Very recently, BioWare have released the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. This is a compilation of all the three Mass Effect titles, with enhanced graphics and lighting effects. No Man’s Sky is also having a great fifth year now, and the developers promise that this Easter Egg will not be the last of surprises.

Mass Effect is a sci-fi role playing game that released last decade. The game has three parts released over five years. This year, BioWare have launched the Legendary Edition that shows visual and lighting improvements. This edition has all the three games in it.
No Man’s Sky is a survival game developed by Hello Games in 2016. The gameplay consists of primarily survival mode and contains a nice plot. The game receives regular updates that bring new challenges. The recent announcement about the Mass Effect Easter Egg has players psyched all over the world.
