To find this, one head northwest of holly hedges and then to the direction west of the unnamed Flush Factory. Once you reach this place, you can find many stone statues placed in a circle with some peculiar marks on them. For finishing this challenge, just perform an emote of your choice near them, and you are done.
And if due to some reasons you are unable to find the first location, then here is an alternative for you. Move towards the spot in the southeast of Catty Corner. Here you can find a huge stone statue. And perform the emote near it.
