The Fourth Mark Destiny 2 – Reward
The Fourth Mark Ship reward is supposed to drop at the end of the Coup De Grace mission, but unfortunately, that’s not happening. It seems like this part of the game and including a few others, are bugged. This means that even if you successfully defeat the High Celebrant, it’s not guaranteed that the reward will drop. Bungie is trying and putting all its efforts into making sure that all issues get fixed soon.
We are investigating an issue where some rewards are not dropping from completion of the High Celebrant mission.

This mission is available for the players to attempt once a week for each of its 3 characters. That means you’ve got a total of three tries a week to take a shot at it and defeat the Celebrant. We say stay hopeful and keep attempting. Maybe at some point, the Fourth Mark does drop, proving it not a bug. If it doesn’t, I’m sure Bungie makes its teamwork harder to fix it and get you your reward. You can also drop in your issue in the forum section of the game site.
