The Objectives
After accepting the quest, a message from Baroness Vashj will appear – “The eyes have marked a lich lurking amongst the nests of the played wing. Hunt him down.”
Completing the quest will give you 8150 experience points, 125 reputation points which will help this quest worth it.
Not just that, but you’ll also be rewarded with Phylactery of Arin’gore, his dagger.
Let’s complete the objective one by one! (;
Ride Grimshadow
The first objective is to ride Grimshadow to Flayedwing Nesting Grounds, which you’ll find on the north of the theater of pain.
After hopping onto grim shadow, it’ll take you to your destination. Enjoy the ride.~
Find Phylactery of Arin’gore
You’ll arrive in the bony spindles, full of pointy mountains where You have to be aware of the enemies!
With the help of an arrow of your minimap, follow and find Phylactery of Arin’gore.
Destroy the Phylactery
Upon reaching the nesting grounds, you’ll see the golden egg there. As you come close, it’ll squirt yellowish gas. Crack open it (no omelet, sorry), then pick up the phylactery and destroy it. You’ll then have to kill the big bird that’ll appear.
Important: Destroy the phylactery right after looting it from the egg!
Kill Arin’gore
Destroying the phylactery will summon the Arin’gore. Now that his phylactery is destroyed, you can kill him. Use your skills to kill him, and your quest will be completed.
Quest Finished
After killing Arin’gore, you’ll see the message by Baroness Varshj saying: “Another wretched lich exterminated. Good riddance.”
Then you can go back to grimshadow, who will get you out from bony lands, or you can use your hearthstone and teleport.
