With the return of the trials of Osiris to Destiny 2 the players all over the world are increasing day by day to compete in the high intensity PvP battles,every week there is a new set of rewards for the trials. The trials of Osiris
The trails were a hugely popular mode in destiny, but were discontinued after the final Trials of Osiris event that took place on August 14, 2017.
After many requests and feedback in the destiny community, Bungie finally reintroduced the trials of osiris in march this year with their “season of the worthy”.
For those who don’t know, the trials of osiris is a weekly PvP challenge where the player has to enter a competitive arena of 3v3 elimination matches.
The Trials start every Friday at 11:30 IST/9:00 PST / 17:00 GMT and lasts till Tuesday,when it resets at the same times. Each week, the player is provided a new set of rewards and a new map to play on.
Who can participate
The players have to be more than Power 960. Once they’ve done that, they have to seek Saint-14 who resides on the Tower Hangar and talk to him. In Destiny 2, The Saint-14 is the vendor for Trials related events and items, the player can also claim their bounties from him. Thus after doing this the players can participate in PvP battles.
Rules for the trails are simple enough Entrance into the Trials required a Trials Passage, which could be purchased from the Saint-14. There are 5 types of passages-
- Mercy –using this passage the player can lose one battle without having to restart
- Ferocity – The player’s third win gives him an extra win, if he is unbeaten till then
- Confidence – The player gets a bonus reward from the flawless chest (unlocks only after going flawless once)
- Wealth – Increase the frequency of Trial tokens drops. (Unlocks only after 5 wins)
- Wisdom – Earned XP from Trials wins increases, with the number of wins.(unlocked only after 7 wins)
Trials of osiris Rewards this week in Destiny 2
There are four types of rewards that the player can receive:
- First is the 3 win reward (on winning 3 matches in a passage)
- Second is 5 win reward (on winning 5 matches in a passage)
- Third is the 7 win reward (on winning 7 matches in a passage)
- Last is the flawless reward (on winning 7 matches while remaining unbeaten)
So now that you are caught up with everything this week’s rewards are :
- 3 Wins -Astral Horizon Shotgun
- 5 Wins -Tomorrow’s Answer Rocket Launcher
- 7 Wins -Helmet
- Flawless -Astral Horizon w/ Adept Mag
