The Cases Of Disappointment And How They Were Addressed
Due to the notoriously bad glitches, disappointed players of the game, like you, were offered refunds by the company.
Performance and stability of the game were so below the mark that on-base consoles, suchlike, Xbox One and PS4, that Sony had to decide to remove Cyberpunk 2077 from the Playstation Store (no info on when it will return). Here’s Cyberpunk 2077’s latest response on that:

Xbox, on the other hand, extended their already generous refund policy indefinitely.
But this hasn’t affected the overall sales of the game (going up to whopping 12 million, counting the refunds) which makes up for its eight-year development budget and marketing campaign.
Cyberpunk 2077 has its fair share of issues and is nearly unplayable on older hardware. These fixes were important even though it didn’t solve major issues like the updates before it did.
The update itself is a big one but this patch weighs in at a mountainous 16.8 GB on PS4.
